Neil & Linda Liversidge
Owners
Neil and Linda Liversidge met in 1992. They have three children and live near the office in Great Preston. Neil started in financial services in 1980 and is an elected Council Member of PIMFA, the UK’s Personal Investment Management & Financial Advice Association. His previous experience includes five years in a major UK merchant banking and life assurance group, ten years in private client investment management, two years in logistics and seven in charge of investments at what was then the UK’s largest national adviser network, DBS Management PLC. At DBS, as the ‘advisor to the advisors’, Neil provided research and guidance to more than 4,000 individual advisors throughout the UK. Linda previously worked in a major Leeds law firm before founding West Riding with Neil in 2004.
Toni Turton
Operations Director
Operations Director Toni Turton joined us in 2011 as Neil’s personal assistant, aged just 19, having been introduced to us via a Facebook connection. Toni has progressed with our company and was appointed a Director in January 2020 and became a fully qualified advisor in May 2022. Toni is in charge of all our administration as well as looking after our front desk.
Alex Littlewood
Financial Advisor
Financial Advisor, Alex Littlewood, joined us in 2021 from national advisory firm 1825 (now abrdn) where he worked as a paraplanner for three years. Alex completed his exams in August 2022 to become a fully qualified advisor. Alex also graduated the University of York with a degree in Maths.
Jonathan Usher
Client Care Consultant
Client Care Consultant, Jonathan Usher, joined us on 6 February 2023 from XPS Pensions Group where he worked as a Pensions Administrator for two years. A qualified advisor, Jonathan currently lives in Leeds and is working to receive chartered status.
Millie Spargo
Admin Manager
Administrator Millie Spargo joined in March 2020 from a planning consultancy, and is an experienced member of our staff. Millie is in charge of our administration department as well as studying towards becoming an Advisor.
Maisie Lynn
Administrator
Administrator, Maisie Lynn, joined us to pursue a new career in financial services in June 2021 after two years in the customer services department of travel company Jet-2 Holidays. Maisie is one of the first people you will speak to when calling the office.
Holly Littlewood
Administrator
Administrator, Holly Littlewood, also from abrdn where she worked for two years in administration. She also graduated the University of Sunderland with a degree in English. Holly has now started her exams to become an Advisor. She is also one of the first people you will speak to on our phones.
Mia Stubbings
Administrator
Administrator, Mia Stubbings, joined in July 2023 to begin a career in financial services after leaving sixth form and working in retail. Mia also lives in Barnsley and is excited to learn about pensions and investments.
