We have always invested heavily in technology with the aim of continually improving efficiency, thereby keeping our fees low whilst giving the best possible service. As identity theft and cyber-crime has become more of an issue, we have also invested to improve security. As a result, we are now able to offer you accessing to your own Personal Finance Portal (PFP) via our ‘back office’ system, Intelligent Office.
PFP provides a fully encrypted private messaging service that is much more secure than normal email. It allows you secure access to view all your finances in one place, 24/7 and lets both you and us upload documents which we previously had to post.
If you wish, you can also house all your financial documents online in a document vault, where they are secure and fully backed up. This is a facility that is totally private to you – we have no access to your documents unless you share them with us.
If you would like to use PFP please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall send you an email to activate your account. If you don’t want to use it however, that’s fine. Our service, like our advice, is individually tailored to suit each particular client.
